It's amazing how much is just in your head. Like a skin irritation that feels good when it gets itched. After treating it with a steroidal cream you still go to itch even when it doesn't itch anymore.
Just like a weird skin irritation there are things in our lives that we just need to let go of. If we make bad habits part of us it takes more than just a cream to make is feel better.

Hiding in plain sight
One of the nice things about the internet is ... hiding in plain sight. Today I noticed that this blog hasn't gotten a single view. That might not be a bad thing.
In a way I've been using this blog to communicate my thoughts like a journal. This internet based life style has taken its toll on people's attention span. I can't seem to hold anyone's attention for any kind of conversation. It hasn't always been that way. Maybe insipid take my Dad's advice whenever I complain to him about people's conduct. Nobody is being held to my standards but me. Give them a break.
It might be a better advice to practice "if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all". Or, in other words don't feel comfortable with insulting others.
